Access
Entry
to the Record Office and access to the searchroom
is all on ground level.
Access
to the Record Office is normally gained through one
side of a set of double doors, both doors can be opened
to enable access by wheelchair, however, a lone wheelchair
user would need to contact the office just prior to
their visit, so that the entrance can be suitably
prepared for their arrival.
The building is old and some of the doorways are narrow,
staff will be on hand to assist movement around the
office if needed.
Disabled
toilets and a University coffee shop (opening hours
vary) are available in the building, although they
are on a different floor they can be accessed easily
and staff will be more than happy to direct, and if
necessary, take searchers to the facilities.
If
you require more information please do not hesitate
